Twilly Lane creates handmade accessories, hand-beaded artworks, and DIY craft kits produced in small batches using Irish tweed, natural fabrics, and premium materials. Each item is crafted carefully and may include natural variations in colour, texture, or detail.

2. Use of This Website

By accessing our website, you agree to:

Use the site only for lawful purposes

Not disrupt or interfere with the site’s operation

Not copy, reuse, or distribute our designs, artwork, photos, or content without permission

All content on this site is the property of Twilly Lane.

3. Product Information

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However:

Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting

Handmade items may have small differences in flecking, stitching, texture, or shape

Artwork frames, beading patterns, and DIY kit contents may vary slightly between batches

Dimensions are approximate because all items are handcrafted

These variations are not considered defects.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Euro (€) and may change without notice.

Payments are processed securely by third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.).
We do not store or process credit card details.

5. Shipping

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unexpected circumstances.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases.

Key points:

Returns accepted within 14 days for eligible items

Items must be unused and in original condition

Customers pay return shipping

Certain categories (below) are non-returnable

7. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our handmade and artistic products, the following cannot be returned:

a. Hand-Beaded Artworks

Custom or commissioned artworks

Artworks with glass, bespoke frames, or personalised elements

Once delivered, artworks cannot be exchanged due to their delicate, handcrafted nature

b. DIY Craft Kits

Opened DIY Kits

Kits with missing components

Kits that have been partially completed
(These cannot be resold once opened.)

c. Other non-returnable items

Used cosmetic bags or accessories

Sale or discounted items (marked “Final Sale”)

8. Exchanges

Handmade items are produced in small batches. Exchanges are available only if the requested product is in stock.

9. Order Issues / Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 24 hours with:

Your order number

Photos of the damage or issue

We will resolve it as quickly as possible through refund or replacement.

10. Handmade Characteristics

All Twilly Lane items — accessories, artwork — are handcrafted.
This means slight differences in stitching, bead placement, flecking, texture, or fabric character are normal and part of the value of handmade craft.

For Artwork:

Each piece is individually beaded and assembled by hand. No two pieces are identical.
Variations are inherent and not considered faults.

For DIY Kits:

Kits include small variations in fabric texture, colours, and components depending on supplier availability.

11. Intellectual Property

Our designs, beading patterns, illustrations, photos, product descriptions, artwork concepts, and all branding materials are the exclusive property of Twilly Lane.

You may not copy, replicate, photograph for reproduction, resell, or commercially use these items without written permission.

DIY Kits are sold for personal use only.
Commercial use, pattern duplication, or selling completed items made from the kits is not permitted.

12. Limitation of Liability

Twilly Lane is not responsible for:

Damage caused by improper care or use

Allergic reactions to materials

Injury caused by misuse of DIY kit tools (needles, beads, small parts)

Courier delays after dispatch

Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Use of our products, including DIY Kits, is at your own discretion.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

We comply with GDPR regulations.
Personal data is used only for order processing, shipping, and customer communication.
We never sell or share your data.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
