Twilly Lane – Return & Refund Policy

At Twilly Lane, each item is crafted slowly and carefully in small batches. We want you to absolutely love your piece. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused
  • In their original condition
  • Free from marks, scent, makeup or damage
  • Returned with original tags/packaging (if applicable)

Handmade Variation Notice:
As our products are made in small batches from natural materials, slight variations in colour, texture or flecking are normal and not considered defects.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Used cosmetic bags or accessories
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Sale or discounted items (marked Final Sale)

3. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at:

Include:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

We will respond within 1–2 business days with the return instructions.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using tracked shipping, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.
  • Items must arrive safely and in resellable condition.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only if stock is available, as all pieces are made in small batches.
Please contact us at info@twillylane.ie to arrange an exchange.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the issue

We will replace or refund the item immediately.

8. Handmade Characteristics

Each Twilly Lane product is handcrafted using authentic Irish tweed.
Natural variations in flecking, texture or fabric personality make each piece unique and are not considered defects.
